Standard to all our Corporate Clients (ie. no extra fees)
- Same-day delivery when ordered by mid-day (we don’t have a firm cut-off time as our value is to stay flexible for our corporate clients and figure out how to make it happen for you). That said, the earlier we know, or the day before, the more cost-effective delivery options we will have, and we will have more time to purchase additional flowers as needed.
- Emailing receipts, invoices and/or pictures of Floral Art or gifts you ordered to be delivered in the Phoenix area
- Phones answered outside business hours whenever possible
- Including your business cards with any order desired (We will keep a stock of your stationary, business cards, or other special cards on file for you, and let you know when we are running low.)
- Our staff team gets to know you and we keep on file your preferences, ordering information, contact information
- Scheduled floral deliveries (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly for example)
- Place your orders based on your communication style preference – you may order by phone, fax, email, or online!
- Referrals to other service providers you are looking for – our extensive referral network is yours!
- Social Media support and PR – we will connect with your company and promote your services through social media as desired. We can coordinate with your PR/Marketing firm and support their efforts on your behalf.
